CloudManagedWifi is owned by Cloudifi Pty. Ltd. an Official Cisco Meraki Reseller and Cisco Select Partner operated by industry Cisco veteran Andrew Wilmot. Now in our twelfth year working with Cisco Meraki in Australia, we have hundreds of happy customers here!
Cloudifi Pty Ltd, works virtually and on the ground throughout Australia with Retail, Hospitality, Education, Government and Commercial customers to supply and deploy Meraki's unique Cloud Managed Networking solutions. The Meraki Cloud Dashboard allows us the opportunity to remotely configure your network without ever having to be on-site.

I started this business at the same time that Cisco bought Meraki so have been on this journey with them since the beginning. I could see the Meraki community needed a nimble small business sized partner with big business experience and backing.

Order processing times
The typical process we adhere to for Meraki orders are as follows:
For orders received through the web store we will place the order on Meraki the same day we receive it. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing by Meraki, and 5-10 days for the shipment to arrive (excluding items with extended lead times). License renewals are typically available within 48 hours and the codes are emailed back to you.
For larger orders, Education and Not-For-Profit organisations we can apply to Cisco Meraki for discount pricing. This can take up to 48 hours for approval and once approved we will send you our quote.
We are best contacted by the form on our Contact page but if you do call us and get our voicemail its because we are tied up serving other customers or on-site installing Meraki hardware.
